No Returns, No Refunds (Unless Something’s Wrong)

Since every lens is vintage, carefully restored, and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. That means we don’t accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong item.

We put a lot of care into servicing and testing each lens, and we make sure product descriptions are clear and accurate. So please double-check everything before placing your order!

If Your Lens Arrives Damaged or Defective

If something’s wrong when your order arrives — like the lens is damaged or not working right — don’t worry. We’ve got you covered.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Send your Order ID along with photos or a quick video showing the issue
  3. I’ll get back to you with return shipping instructions

Once I receive the item and check it over, I’ll send you a replacement. You’ll need to pack the lens safely for the return trip (tracked shipping is recommended).

12-Month Limited Warranty

All lenses come with a 12-month limited warranty. That means if something goes wrong because of the way it was serviced — like focusing issues or internal element misalignment — I’ll fix it for free.

What’s not covered:

  • Damage from drops or rough handling
  • Fungus or haze from storage in humid places
  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Repairs or mods done by someone else
  • Lens element deterioration from being half a century old

If you need to make a warranty claim, just reach out with your Order ID, a short description of the problem, and some photos or video.

Lost in Transit

If your order gets lost along the way and the courier confirms it’s undelivered, I’ll sort it out and send a replacement if possible.
